After the seller accepts the price offered by the buyer through the application, the buyer can proceed with the payment.

How do we protect your right? How is your money safe?
Shobbak can protect you only if you pay through the app.
When you pay, the amount will be on hold for 24hrs after you confirm receiving the product (by sending the confirmation code to the seller or Shobbak's driver) then it will be sent to the seller.
By sending the confirmation code, you only confirm receiving the product, and during the 24hrs trial period, you can check the product and make sure it matches the description. In case the product doesn't match the description, you can start a "dispute" or contact Shobbak's team, and we 100% guarantee to refund your money.
After the 24hrs, the money will be sent to the seller's wallet. Then they can withdraw it to any bank or StcPay account of their choosing.
To protect your right, we advise you to pay through Shobbak and not any other external method to prevent scams.
