How can I transfer the money from my wallet to my bank account?

After receiving the amount in the wallet: 

• Click the profile icon (From the top left corner).

• Click on the My Balance.

• Click on the "Withdraw Requests" button.

You need to have at least (10 SAR) in your wallet to request a withdraw.

In Shobbak, withdrawal requests are connected to Absher system for more security to users.

To verify your information, kindly do the following: 

1- Write your ID/Iqama number

2- You will receive the OTP on your mobile number registered on Absher.

(You can verify your ID/Iqama number on one account only).

3- After the verification, write your information.

Choose the method (to the bank or STC Pay account). Then fill in your information.

Through the bank:

Specify the amount of withdrawal - the (Bank Account) - the name of the bank - the IBAN - the beneficiary ID (national identification number) - the full name of the beneficiary.

Your application will be submitted.
The transfer might take 2-4 working days.

Through STC Pay:

Specify the amount of withdrawal - (STC Pay)  - the beneficiary ID (national identification number) - the full name of the beneficiary - the beneficiary's phone number (registered in STC Pay)
After your request is submitted, the transfer will take 2-3 working days to process.

Withdrawal Requests fees:
10 to 99 = 7.5SR 

100 to 999 = 8.5SR

1,000 to 2,999 = 60SR

3,000 to 4,999 = 100SR 

5,000 to 10,000 = 200SR
