How to Buy at Shobbak?

Buying & selling on Shobbak is safe and secure, and it protects the rights of both the buyer and the seller.

The buyer goes through the following steps:

1. Send an order: The buyer sends an order to the seller.
2. Payment: The buyer pays the agreed amount after the seller accepts the order. (We advise paying through the app to avoid any fraud or misconduct).
3. Keeping the money safe: The amount will be on hold with Shobbak until the buyer confirms receiving the item by sending the confirmation code to the seller or Delivery carrier. Then the buyer will have 24hrs to check the product and make sure it matches the description. In case the product doesn't match the description, the buyer can start a dispute to solve the issue.

By sending the confirmation code, the buyer only confirms receiving the product and will still have a 24hrs trial period to check the product.

After the 24hrs, the money will be sent to the seller's wallet. Then they can withdraw it to any bank or StcPay account of their choosing.
