Don't worry. By sending the confirmation code, you only confirm receiving the product and will have a 24hrs trial period in which your right will be reserved, and you can check the product condition and if it matches the ad's description.
If you discovered that the product is damaged or doesn't match the ad's description During the trial period, you can start a dispute and send us all the information to explain the issue, and the dispute team will contact you within 12hr to solve the issue.
After the 24hrs, the money will be sent to the seller's wallet. Then they can withdraw it to any bank or StcPay account of their choosing.
What if the product got damaged during delivery?
Shobbak will protect your right if the delivery was through Shobbak Delivery and shipping company only and disclaims responsibility for the Hand-to-Hand delivery method.
