How To Sell at Shobbak?

The selling process is safe and secure in Shobbak, and it preserves the rights of the seller & buyer.    

You go through the following steps:

1. The seller publishes the ad.
2. The seller accepts the buyer's order.
3. The seller ships\delivers the product through the agreed delivery method.
4. The buyer must confirm receiving the product by sending the confirmation code to the seller or Shobbak / shipping company Driver.

When the buyer sends the confirmation code, that only indicates their confirmation of receipt of the product, and the buyer's right will be reserved by Shobbak during a trial period (24 hours) from receiving the product, during which they can check the item and make sure it matches the description.

During the trial period, the buyer can start a "dispute" or contact the support team in the event of a product defect to resolve the issue.

5. After 24hrs, the money will be sent to the seller's wallet. Then they can withdraw it to any bank or StcPay account of their choosing.
