Protecting the rights of the buyer and the seller is Shobbak's utmost priority.
Protecting the buyer's money:
Shobbak will hold the paid amount if:
You pay through the app.
Shobbak will not be able to protect your money if:
- You pay through bank transfers, cash, or any external method. We advise avoiding paying outside Shobbak to prevent scams.
Buying digital products.
- Buying vehicles or properties.
Receiving the item:
When you receive the product, confirm receiving it through the app by sending the confirmation code to delivery agent (if you choose Shobbak delivery or Shipping company) or to the seller (if you choose hand-to-hand).
By sending the confirmation code, you only confirm receiving the product and will still have a 24hrs trial period to check the item's condition and if it matches the ad's description.
If the item is damaged or not as advertised, you can start a dispute within 24hrs from receiving the item. After that, Shobbak will disclaim its responsibility and the money will be deposited in the seller's wallet.
