Protecting the rights of the buyer and the seller is Shobbak's highest priority.
First, you have to understand the steps for buying and selling on Shobbak.
The policy for protecting the money:
Shobbak will protect the money for 24hrs after the buyer confirms receiving the product and checking it, if:
The payment was made through Shobbak.
Shobbak will not be able to protect the money if:
The payment was made outside the app such as through bank transactions or cash.
We advise that the buyer pays only through Shobbak to protect everyone's rights.
To receive the money in your wallet, the buyer MUST confirm receiving the item by sending the confirmation code to you or the Delivery driver.
By sending the confirmation code, the buyer only confirms receiving the product and will still have a 24hrs trial period to check it.
After the 24hrs, the money will be sent to the seller's wallet. Then they can withdraw it to any bank or StcPay account of their choosing.
What if the buyer didn't send the confirmation code or is not responding to me?
Don't worry. You can start a "dispute" and the dispute's team will contact you within 12hrs to solve the issue.
Meanwhile, your money will be safe with Shobbak until the issue is solved.
