How can I deliver / receive the product?

Available receipt methods on Shobbak: 

• Shobbak Delivery: A fast delivery service, the Shobbak Carrier delivers the product to your doorstep!!
  • Delivering products in "Sedan cars" cost 22 SAR.
  • Large items get delivered by a "Truck" and the delivery cost is determined by the carrier. The buyer and seller must agree on who will pay the fee.

- This service is only available for some categories in the application in the following cities (Khobar - Dhahran - Dammam - Al Qatif - Riyadh - Jeddah).
- To use Shobbak delivery, the buyer and seller must be in the same area.

- Orders are delivered from (12 pm - 10 pm) The delivery hours might differ during holidays such as Eid.

How to request a Shobbak Carrier?

• Hand to hand: This is by agreement between both parties without Shobbak's involvement.
• Both parties can agree on delivery outside the app, like courier delivery.

The seller has to choose suitable delivery methods for him when publishing the ad.

Shipping costs outside the app must be stated and agreed upon between the buyer and seller before payment.
