Who pays for shipping/delivery costs?

• If delivery/shipping was through Shobbak Delivery:
  •  The buyer shall pay the shipping fees for products delivered in "Sedan cars" which costs 14.99 SAR.
  • Large items get delivered by a "Truck" and the delivery cost is determined by the carrier. The
  • buyer and seller must agree on who will pay the fee.

• If delivery/shipping was through Shipping Companies:

         The buyer pays the fees as follows:

• •  In the same city: Delivery fees are 30.5 SAR, provided that the size of the product does not exceed 30 kilograms.
  • Between cities: Delivery fees are 38.5 SAR, provided that the product size does not exceed 30 kilograms.

• If delivery/shipping was through Hand-to-hand:
  • The buyer and seller must agree on who will pay the fees.
  • We advise that you discuss and agree before payment.
