How to request a Shobbak Carrier?

After the buyer adds their address and pay for the product, the seller can request a driver through the following steps:

1- Enter the order page and click "View offer" at the bottom of the chat.

2- Locate your address on the map.

3- Click on the "Request Delivery Agent" button.

The working hours:

• Orders are delivered from (12 pm - 10 pm) The delivery hours might differ during holidays such as Eid.
