Why was my money withdraw request rejected?

Transferring to the Bank Account:  

• Write your full name corresponding to the bank account.
• Write your National ID/Iqama correctly.
• Make sure to type the IBAN correctly by following these steps:

         - The IBAN starts with the letters SA.

         - Make sure there are no spaces between the numbers.

         - Make sure to write the complete number.

         - Write the number manually and avoid copying and pasting.

Transferring to StcPay:  

• Activate your StcPay account like this.
• Write your National ID/Iqama correctly.
• Write your full name.
• Write the mobile number registered in StcPay correctly.

The minimum withdraw amount is 10 SAR.
