Therefore, we advise you to do the following:
Shobbak advises the seller to:
- Ensure that the information shown in the ad is correct.
- Don’t send digital products until the buyer pays in the app.
Shobbak advises the buyer to:
- Ensure that all the information shown in the ad is correct.
- Pay for the digital product in the app.
Once the seller sends the digital product to the buyer, the transaction will be marked successful, and Shobbak disclaims all responsibility.
The paid amount will be on hold for 24hrs after the buyer confirm receiving the product then it will be sent to the seller.
