you with the following to avoid frauds and scams. 

• To guarantee your right, only pay inside the application.

         (Shobbak disclaims responsibility if the payment is made outside the application).

• Avoid clicking on any links sent to protect your information from being stolen.

• Do not trust anyone who asks you to advertise in the application as a marketer for a fee.
• Be sure to stick to the in-app chat for more security and privacy.
• Ensure the seller and product information is accurate and correct before beginning the buying process.
• Avoid giving out your personal and account information to anyone.
• Avoid transferring a deposit to the seller before verifying the product's authenticity, and make sure to complete the process through the official channels.
• To ensure your safety and privacy, choose Shobbak's delivery service to avoid meeting the seller/buyer in person.
• If you choose to receive/deliver the product by hand, make sure that the meeting is in a public and safe place and inform one of your acquaintances before you go.
• Do not believe any information or requests about the app from the seller, such as asking you to transfer the amount to him outside the app due to the delay in receiving the amount from Shobbak. This is not true. (You can confirm any information via the app support).
