It is the disagreement or conflict of interests of one or both conflicting parties, the first party (the seller) and the second party (the buyer).
When can you start a dispute?
- After the buyer pays for the product inside the app.
- After the buyer confirms receiving the product.
- After the seller receives the returned product using Shobbak Delivery or Shipping comanpy.
Reasons for starting a dispute:
As a "Buyer":
- The seller is not responding
- The seller is asking for more money
- The product was outside of the app
- Another reason
As a "Seller":
- The buyer is not responding
- Another reason
Chances for starting a dispute:
As a "Buyer":
- After paying for the product
The buyer has two opportunities to start a dispute.
- After confirming receipt of the product
The buyer has one opportunity to start a dispute during the "24-hour" trial period.
As a "Seller":
- After paying for the product
The seller has two opportunities to start a dispute.
- After the seller receives the returned product via Shobbak delivery or Shipping company
The seller has one opportunity to start a dispute during the "12-hour" trial period.
